EMEA College Central library has started the Plagiarism Checking Service using the software URKUND provided by the University of Calicut. Urkund’s anti-plagiarism system is a fully-automatic machine learning text-recognition system made for detecting, preventing and handling plagiarism whatever the language is. This service can be availed for the faculty and students of EMEA College.
PLAGIARISM CHECKING GUIDELINES
- The Students and Faculties of the EMEA College can avail this service between 10 am to 4 pm
- Before checking the plagiarism, the students and faculties have to duly fill the ‘PLAGIARISM CHECK CERTIFICATE’ in 3 copies.
- The document have to be submitted for plagiarism check before two weeks of submission
- The candidate must submit only their own work/article/dissertation and it must be the final copy of evaluation.
- The soft copy of the document [PDF format] have to be submitted for plagiarism check in three separate files
- NON-CORE AREA (Introduction, Review and Methodology)
- CORE AREA (Analysis and Interpretation)
- TITLE PAGE
- Plagiarism certificate will be given if the Similarity Percentage is below the permissible limit.
